In this role I was responsible for multi-channel marketing and strategy across the Financial Planning, Insurance and Home Loans portfolios.

Leading a team of 3 Marketing Executives, this role had two key responsibilities;- Managing and implementing the UK postpaid mobile upgrade contact strategy, a key revenue driver for CPW. - Managing the development and delivery of CPW’s direct cross-sell strategy of prepaid mobile, laptops, broadband, accessories and ancillary services to the wider CPW customer base.

In this role, I was responsible for the delivery of the marketing and segment strategy for CBA’s 18-24 year old customer base. With the largest market share amongst this audience, my key challenges were developing effective cross-sell programs to maximise revenue, increasing products per customer and reducing customer attrition.

CBA has a strong history in providing young Australians with a solid introduction to banking. The key responsibilities of this role were managing the marketing communications to CBA’s Under 18 customer base, as well as managing the Student Banking program, CBA’s key youth acquisition program.

This role provided the opportunity to work within customer research as well as campaign management. Exposure to the full variety of retail and business banking customer segments, delivering small scale quantitative and qualitative research projects and marketing campaign deliverables.
