Responsible for all aspects of business development to include strategic capture, proposal development, opportunity pipeline and account strategy.Providing staffing support to all Federal Civilian Government Prime & Subcontractors throughout the entire contract lifecycle from the proposal phase through the staffing phase.

As the Director of Strategic Relationships, I am an integral part of Corporate business strategy development, driving the organization’s strategic growth objectives by developing and refining an understanding of customers’ most important needs, and creating/leading winning capture strategies. In this role, I am highly focused on markets that include support to various Defense and Federal Civilian customers. I am responsible for leading our Corporate activities focused on driving and capturing a pipeline of new business opportunities as well as responsible for developing and implementing a market strategy to achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive tactical and strategic growth by expanding our footprint supporting DoD Professional and Information Technology Services. I develop and maintain key relationships with customers and partners, including next-generation technology vendors and provide critical leadership to help shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity life cycle.

Responsible for all areas of Business Development, Customer Interface, and Relationship Building including identification, qualification, pursuit, and capture of new and follow-on business opportunities with commercial and DoD customers. Interface with engineers to develop new or derivative offerings to meet market demands, increase market share, and be the solution expert to actively champion and demonstrate the value of the company to prospective customers and business partners. Create strategies for capturing opportunities in local, regional, and national targeted markets. Develop strategic and tactical account plans to diversify our current business base. Present business development training and mentoring to business development teams, and delivery operations.
