There are many reasons people get into Management. Some like the spotlight, others like to control all aspects of a business, and others just do it for the money. I have been asked many times to explain why I chose my field. At times I have even asked myself! Through many years of management experience ranging from Retail Loss Prevention to Construction Project Management I have had ample time to reflect on what gives me the most satisfaction as a Manager. My passion is to have a positive impact on someone else's career goals. I truly enjoy taking a driven employee from point A to point B through coaching, training, redirection, and motivation. I do not crave attention. I am able to measure my success by the success of those around me and the success of the location I manage. I believe in the concept of being a Servant Leader.
