He brings a rich background encompassing 40+ years of progressive experience including executive-level industry and academic leadership, involving electrical distribution & troubleshooting, electrical operations, preventive maintenance, workforce development and organizational development. As Training Director for LineTec Services, Jeff is committed to LineTec’s vision and mission.He has won Texas Public Power Association Leadership Award (2005) and most recently the Benchmark Award from Northwest Lineman College (2016). He served as an integral Board Member at the Sanger Independent School Board, and built a new elementary school from concept. Overall, Jeff has ensured significant and measurable improvements in learning and student success within a supportive and progressive company environment.
