My practice focuses primarily on representing purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, asset and property managers, institutional investors, borrowers and lenders in connection with various types of properties, including office, retail, multi-family, medical and industrial properties, undeveloped land as well as golf and resort properties. I assist individual, business and institutional clients with respect to such matters as the acquisition, development, management, leasing and sale of such properties, creation of easements, and review of title matters affecting such properties.
