Broad experience and proven success in project management. In this role I identified, architected and implemented IT solutions that generated revenue, cut costs and create value.I was responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, controls and closure of IT projects. I have used the Waterfall Methodology, a mix of the Waterfall / Agile Methodology and pure Agile Methodology while in this role.

Worked to create architectures. That includes articulating the architectural vision, conceptualizing and experimenting with alternative architectural approaches, creating models and component and interface specification documents, and validating the architecture against requirements and assumptions. I utilized my sound sense of the business and technical strategies to envision the "right" architectural approach to the stakeholder’s problem set, given the business objectives. Additional activities in this area included actively listening to stakeholder’s values, concerns and goals, creating technology roadmaps and scanning for opportunities to differentiate, and make assertions about technology directions and determining their consequences for the technical strategy and hence architectural approach.

As Senior System Analyst / Technical Lead supported the ERP BPCS applications in the areas of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivables. He also successfully designed and implemented a middleware solution. This solution gathered and transformed data and sent it across the Websphere MQ infrastructure to an Oracle Data Warehouse. The data was used for strategic production management reporting. These solution utilized technologies such as Command Language Programming (CLP), Java coding, Report Program Generator with Integrated Language Environment (RPGLE), System Query Language (SQL) and Websphere MQ.

As a consultant acted in the role of a Systems Analyst for this assignment. He also worked as a program developer and data base analyst for the conversion of a fixed asset system. As a developer he coded the application as was defined in the customer's requirement documents. As a DBA he worked on the fixed asset system to convert and load data for the integration of three new facilities. Also as a DBA he converted historical data to the new fixed asset system.
