I was also on temp assignment Supervising a production shift that assembles a very complex portable medical intensive care unit ventilator • Was an Integral part of an elite troubleshooting team all chosen for specific skills which were needed to help several plants across North America achieve their goal in supplying OEM's on time limiting and then ceasing penalties accrued • Has trained team members and been trained in Lean Manufacturing initiatives including Kaizen, Quick Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis using but not limited to 5Why and 8D methodology, Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), Supply Chain Management, Toyota Production System. • Extensive knowledge of Control plans, FMEAs and the interaction between the two • Completed Six Sigma Green Belt • Software/IT knowledge: ERP-IFS, Freight Assist, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook • Flexible in developing and implementing changes within the manufacturing environment due to process improvements, quality issues or initiatives and customer requirements as shown by developing and leading SMED event which brought an 85 minute change over down by over 60 minutes saving close to 100000 dollars a year • Extensive interviewing and recruiting involvement in a team focused environment • Has launched and been apart of two operating system launches based on Toyota Production Systems, • Trained as a QS9000, ISO14001, TS16949 auditor • Had been sent on a continual basis to help facilitate and train operators in platform launches in several plants I also hold several safety tickets including CST/PST,TDG and Ground Disturbance for Supervisors. Do have a Heavy equipment licence
