Current2023 President's ClubResponsible for managing key customer relationships and brining value to customers through JAGGAER’s comprehensive spend management and procurement solutions resulting in customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.Core responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining healthy customer relationships.• Engaging clients in discussions about strategic planning and key initiatives to discover areas where additional JAGGAER solutions will provide value to the customer.• Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and growing cross sell/upsell opportunities with customers.• Working with internal partners and Solution Integration partners to advance and successfully close sales cycles• Leading contract renewal discussions• Acting as a guide for customers to help them access JAGGAER resources to resolve problems, i.e. engaging professional services team for solution optimization.
