I am working on tools to improve training data quality for LLM's. Before that I was technical lead for a team of data scientists at Meta. We partnered with engineering teams to optimize one of the world's biggest data platforms. We focused on efficiency, capacity modeling, and compute engine optimization. I helped define our team's program and guide the execution of several data scientists and work closely with our partners to apply data science and analytical rigor to solve their key problems. . As an engineer, I go beyond "data science" to influence project direction.I use Python, (Presto) SQL, and R on various analytics and tooling projects. I also learned Meta's core product stack of Hack(back end) and React (front end) to build an internal analytics tool. Finally, as a senior member of Meta's Infrastructure Analytics organization, I foster the organization's health: provide career guidance to other data scientists at various career levels and help lead efforts around our recruitment processes and other areas.
