What you can expect from me:1.a) Will keep my realtor partner up dated with the ever so changing mortgage products😀1.) Clean file submission: This helps my agents with confidence that I will bring your file to closing on schedule. 2.) Friday Updates: I will contact all parties involved in your transaction to update the progress of the loan. This helps everyone avoid any last minute "fire drills." I hear from so many of my realtor friends on how frustrating it is if they could have only been made aware of potential problems ahead of time. There are no secrets with doing business with me. 100% complete transparency is my business commitment to you.3.) Communication and Availability: I will answer my cell phone on weekends and schedule open-house appointments to conduct on-site pre-approvals. 4.) Integrity: This is paramount to me and my commitment is to give clients absolute attention to making their financial information protected with confidence and deliver my products with integrity.5.) Customer Experience: From the onset I meet with each client face to face so that they are able to have a trust level and comfort level. I walk everyone through the process and allow the customer to feel that their needs are first. This allows for a more comfortable experience and not just a "transaction."

As a partner for the firm I am responsible for the growth and expansion of our purchase division and retail branch division.
