As the Digital Product Strategist for the Corporation I deliver services across all 7 groups and 142 divisions worldwide. Here are the areas that I focus on; Market validation – Given Parker’s breadth of products and divisions it’s paramount to focus on, and define, the target market. I solidify the central problem case and delivering a value and size of addressable market estimations. Technology Fit – As Parker is expanding its digital transformation I work with the technology team to confirm that the technology that we are building is architected in a way that is in harmony with the end customer needs.Business Model – Based on delivery of features and path of sales I synthesize the optimal offering configuration to reduce sales friction by blending product and services. Pricing Model - Through a consultative approach I walk divisions through a process of building a profitable Product-as-a-Service business and determine pricing structure for this new connected offering class. Deployment – Once the MVP validation is complete I help script out the deployment elements at scale to ensure proper organizational linkages exist and capacity building any internal capabilities needed.

As part of the founding team my involvement has intersected all the non-development segments of the business. This has allowed me to be involved at stages of pre-product and pre-revenue to post-revenue through breakeven and into growth. This evolution have led to the migration from small local customers to successful acquisition and execution for global customers. As business development leader I originated, delivered and orchestrated the global rollout for Baker Hughes into the following countries; Mexico, Canada, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, Dubai, Qatar, Iraq, Egypt, Ghana, Angola and Nigeria.

My primary mission was to manage and originate the marketing programs and strategy for Incenergy. I was responsible for the architecture and implementation of Incenergy’s product marketing plan via the web, video, press, editorial, social media and sales channels.In order to carry this out significant time was spent in Product Market Fit and Product Price Fit exploration using Lean Startup Principles. This included customer interviews around Win/Loss and product performance. From these activities pivot orchestrations were planned in order to meet identified market demand.

In addition to process design as the program manager for the Pecan Street Project oversaw the deployment of over 200 home energy monitoring systems throughout Austin delivering 15 second granularity on 8 separate circuits. I founded this company with the simple location based service idea surrounding proactive proximity notification. This would mean having a computer phone system call or text when a school bus was 10 minutes from the bus stop based on the buses real time location. From this, we pivoted to delivering mass notifications automated calling and texts around specific events in the Higher Education space.
