For nearly 30 years I have been helping families throughout the state of Oregon to achieve the dream of home ownership and successfully manage that debt over time to fully integrate the home equity into their overall financial goals. I was one of the first Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists in Oregon and have a 35 year background in the financial industry starting back in college when I worked as a licensed intern for The Equitable Financial while attending the University of Oregon.I have always worked to run my mortgage business as a practice. I feel that if I am helping my clients create, perhaps, the largest debt in their lifetime that I have a responsibility to help them manage that debt and their home equity so they are able to reach their full financial potential.
