Over the past 30 years, Jeff has served in executive management for both an established not-for-profit & fast growth start-ups. As COO of Kiwanis Intl., his primary role is to build and execute strategies related to organizational support, member value creation, and resource development and growth. While at Kiwanis, he has continuously streamlined global operations while growing the organization’s revenue base. Early on, Jeff led the organization through a complete overhaul of its technology infrastructure, eliminating sixteen different non-integrated databases while creating a one-source database accessible, for the first time, by end-users through a web based portal. Later, he headed up Project ROI, designed to evaluate every process and expense within the organization, ultimately resulting in a realization of over $4 million to reinvest within the organization. Additionally, in an effort to overhaul international support functions he consolidated operations in Taiwan and the Philippines through the opening of a new Kiwanis regional service center in Singapore and restructured support services within Kiwanis’ Ghent, Belgium regional service center.Beyond his daily COO role, Jeff’s leadership skills have been called upon in various ways. Serving as interim CEO for nearly a year while still carrying his full complement of operations responsibilities, he realigned elements within the functional and executive management teams to better serve the organization, overhauled organizational communication channels and reduced overhead.
