Commercial· Identifying, designing, developing and implementing appropriate company commercial policies and strategies to support and promote corporate objectives· Management of commercial departments & sales forces, including general management and oversight of overseassubsidiaries· Development of Export & Foreign markets, including market analysis, proposal and instigation of new marketdevelopment· Negotiation of prices & terms with existing and potential suppliers to maximise corporate profitability· Management of stock control and multinational ‘just in time’ distribution processes· Development of marketing strategies for both ‘named’ and ‘own’ brand label product ranges· Managing credit risk and appraisal to best protect corporate assets whilst still maximising sales potentialAdministrative· Creation of commercial structure to enhance sales and distribution procedures· Creation & review of existing customer liaison procedures & new customer development processes, including viabilitystudies on customer and market reactivation· Identification, creation and development of costing and product range review procedures· Development of in house protocols to qualify for ISO 9002 certification.· Design, development and ongoing management of sales analysis statistics and competition review processes,including new system installation and validation· Analysis of distribution networks.
