Jeff Marshall is an Equity Partner in the Dallas office of the international law firm of Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP. He has over 20-years of civil litigation experience in both state and federal courts throughout Texas and the United States. Jeff’s defense practice concentrates on trucking, premises liability, general liability, Dram Shop, product liability, business litigation, industrial accidents, construction defects and other insurance defense matters.The claims he typically handles involve wrongful death and high exposure catastrophic injuries, including brain damage, paralysis and amputation as well as minor injuries. Jeff also provides risk management assessments and guidance to insurers and insureds in the areas of claims monitoring and resolution, with a focus on prevention, response and management of casualty claims programs. Jeff’s prior experiences in law enforcement as a patrol officer and drug enforcement agent provide unique skills and perspectives. He is experienced in representing domestic and international clients for all stages of high exposure claims and litigation, including 24-hour emergency on-site accident response, evidentiary investigations, expert development, discovery, dispute resolution, motion practice and trial.
