In 2017 & 2019, Jeff was invited by the Royal Institute of Governance & Strategic Studies, Bhutan to support one of their change and senior executive development programmes and in 2018, Jeff designed and facilitated the co-creation sessions for Singapore’s Public Service Division’s Whole of Government project on Service. Jeff delivered a keynote at the 13th HR Expo in Jakarta and a 2-day leadership programme for South-East Asian Central Bank representatives.Jeff coaches executives and teams across organisational functions and levels; from C-suite, senior management, middle managers such as regional, country and function heads, their teams, high-potentials. and individual contributors He has coached across Asia and UK.During the recent pandemic, Jeff co-designed and facilitated a virtual programme for 3000 regional staff around the implementation of competencies and behaviours, a development programme for central banks around multi-generational workforce, and presented at the International Leadership Week 2020 on the topic titled: "Five Leadership Disciplines that Engender Organisational Agility".
