In the first quarter of 2008, BP initiated a company-wide deployment of SharePoint 2007, and I was engaged to integrate BP's branding within SharePoint. My responsibilities included developing master pages, page layouts, and style sheets to align with BP's intranet aesthetic. Upon completing the branding initiative, I was further involved in developing BP Gulf of Mexico’s communications portal within their SharePoint 2007 site collection. This extensive project required collaboration with multiple business groups within the Gulf of Mexico business unit and entailed the organization of several hundred pages.As the SharePoint 2007 environment expanded with new site collections and sub-sites, training became a significant component of my role at BP. I provided comprehensive training covering all aspects of SharePoint, from general usage to site administration, ensuring that business groups were proficient in leveraging the platform's capabilities.On April 21, 2010, I joined the emergency response team for the Deepwater Horizon incident, contributing to the development of a document retention solution in SharePoint. This critical task involved extensive hours setting up an infrastructure to centralize all incident-related documents. I managed permissions for a multitude of document libraries and files, and traveled to Mobile, Alabama, and Houma, Louisiana, to train users on the SharePoint solutions implemented.Following my involvement in the incident, I was assigned to assist with the proof of concept for SharePoint 2010 within BP's network. My role once again entailed creating a comprehensive branding package, to be utilized globally by BP. Additionally, I was responsible for training business users in SharePoint 2010, guiding the project from its conceptual stages to full production implementation. My tenure at BP was marked by significant contributions to the company's SharePoint infrastructure and user proficiency.

Co-managed the development of PA’s Intelligence Dashboard, a SharePoint 2003 project that included custom web part development to display KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) for our energy customers. These web parts were developed using VB.NET and a connection to a SQL database. Took on the Program Manager Role for PA’s Microsoft Partnership, and within 2 months advanced PA from the Registered Partnership to a Certified Partnership. Served as backup network administrator for PA’s internal network. Duties included regular backups of the development servers and VSS repositories. Worked as principal developer on the PA Security component for an upcoming software release. Worked on an ASP.NET Application for doing Material Transfers in the field.
