Developed a in-country partner network providing service in 185 countries, and established direct service delivery throughout the US and Brazil, Canada, Germany, Poland the Netherlands and the UK. Developed the award winning MyVista platform to provide total workforce visibility and management. iWorkGlobal led the industry in service delivery and quality achieving a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 57, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.9/CEO 97. Led the transaction (sale) of iWorkGlobal to Velocity Global effective April 1, 2021.

Established Nelson Compliance as part of Gary D. Nelson Associates in 2012. Nelson Compliance provides employer of record, independent contractor compliance, and agent of record services throughout the US. Nelson Compliance merged with iWorkGlobal in 2017, and operates under the iWorkGlobal brand.

Founded company in June 2007, specializing in 1099 risk assessment, evaluation, and payrolling solutions. Developed and implemented state-of-the-art proprietary software to facilitate the 1099 compliance evaluation and classification process.Led company to expansion in over 20 states, year-over-year revenue growth of 170%, and profitability during extreme economic challenges. Quickly established brand recognition and closed major accounts in the first 24 months e.g., Salesforce.com, Dell, Samsung. Established an executive board of experts in Human Resources, Labor Law, Employee Development, Customer Service, Business Development, and Procurement.Secure Talent merged with Eastridge Workforce Solutions in 2010.

As president, led the newly merged company (ABE Services/WorkforceLogic) to first time profitability and global expansion. WorkforceLogic became one of the top MSP/VMS/1099 compliance/payrolling firms in the US.WorkforceLogic was acquired by ZeroChaos in 2012 and rebranded as Workforce Logiq in 2019.

Led ABE from $20MM firm to $200MM in ~6 years, realizing growth rates of 40% year-over-year. Expanded ABE from a regional to a national firm and a recognized leader in 1099 compliance & employer of record solutions. Successfully developed and implemented proprietary compliance evaluation software and e-timekeeping solutions. ABE Services merged with WorkforceLogic in 2005.

Assumed senior executive role to turn-around existing business. Increased revenues by 30% in 2 years. Reorganized branches, hired industry leaders, re-focused on critical markets, streamlined processes, implemented employee development/performance management programs and led organization to record financial performance.

A northern California staffing firm specializing in temporary and direct placement in clerical and administrative positions. Assumed senior executive role to reorganize 5 branch offices. Hired branch leadership, re-focused on critical markets, streamlined processes, implemented employee development/performance management programs.

Appointed to a newly created executive position to lead the development/management of comprehensive HR role/function for an established staffing firm providing thousands of workers to clients throughout northern California. Specializing in clerical, accounting/finance, technical and risk mitigation. Developed employee policy, practice and procedure to support all divisions and subsidiaries. Established innovative field and internet recruiting teams. Developed and implemented employee training, team building, performance management/development and retention programs. Conducted employment law seminars throughout northern California.
