CurrentOversee business development through consultations with numerous small to mid-size business clients to complete small to large-scale deployments, including MS Server 2008, SBS 2011 systems, terminal servers, virtual servers, VolP PBXs, PCoIP, SANs, NASs, enterprise servers, desktops, PC terminals and cloud-based technologies such as RackSpace, Amazon EC2, & Office 365. Provide emergency network and server support in Boston and surrounding areas. Launched business from ground up by securing commercial space, cultivating vendor/customer relations, and performing initial sales and service. Successfully grew company to more than $1.5 million in sales while serving close to 10,000 clients since 2005. Drove sales and service performance by identifying, evaluating, and customizing company CRM and automation tools as well as systems to resolve operational issues. Maintain a 96% customer satisfaction rate after developing innovative quality control systems generating more than 85% customer return rate.
