Jeff Plaisance is a Control Systems Designer with many years of work experience in grass roots, retrofit and upgrade instrumentation, control systems and electrical systems in upstream, midstream and downstream projects. These projects consist of heavy industrial, skid mounted and marine and offshore facilities with compression, pump station, terminal distribution, pipeline and transport loading in the petrochemical, chemical and cryogenic industries.
