Project was nominated for Sprint's annual Chairman's Award for Excellence.Conceived, developed and implemented metrics tracking project. Partnered with senior executives in the Business Systems Division to manage business system and process efficacy using a multi-platform metrics tracking system. Final output consisted of a 120 page monthly report used in operational reviews to gauge management success factors. Customized user interface on Apple MacIntosh system allowed management input of projected success factors later combined with actual metrics derived from multiple databases, from mainframes to FileMaker Pro databases, comparing actual statistics against projections. A sample of measurements includes control charts monitoring trouble ticket closure rates by priority, employee absentee and turnover rates, and data center utilization in cost per sq./ft.
