Jeff currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at HData where he leads all sales and marketing. Under Jeff's leadership, the company increased revenue by over 500% in his first 18 months. Jeff helped lead the completion of a significant Series A as a result. HData is the only RegTech company delivering streamlined compliance, business intelligence, and regulatory AI to the U.S. energy industry. Jeff also serves on the Board of Directors at Mission Measurement and MASS Group. He previously served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Promise, a FinTech startup focused on helping those in need with civic debt and was responsible for revenue, strategic partnerships, customer success, implementation, marketing, revenue operations, and growth initiatives. Prior to Promise, Jeff was the Vice President responsible for global sales, business development, capture management, partnerships, solutions engineering, revenue operations, and sales enablement for the Data & Insights Division of Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL). Tyler is the largest software company in the world solely focused on providing integrated software and technology services to the public sector - cities, counties, states, the federal government, and school districts. During this time, Jeff also served as the Chair of the Board of Advisors for the Data Coalition, America's premier voice on data policy in government. Prior to his role as Vice President at Tyler, Jeff served as the Senior Director responsible for data platform sales across the Federal, State, and Local Government Marketplace (East) and was also the Director of State and Local Government. Jeff served as the Practice Leader for Government Performance during his tenure at Socrata prior to being acquired by Tyler Technologies in 2018.Prior to joining Socrata, Jeff served as the Deputy Director of Performance Strategy at the U.S. Department of Commerce where he was responsible for leading performance improvement and innovation. Prior to Commerce, Jeff worked with the White House Office of Management and Budget to launch the U.S. Performance Improvement Council. He served as a Senior Advisor and was instrumental in establishing the Council as the central hub for government-wide benchmarking and collaboration. He also played a key role in implementing the President’s Management Agenda. Before working with the White House, Jeff served as the Executive Director and Founder of The Center for Radical Improvement. Jeff also served as an Executive Director at the Performance Institute, a non-partisan think-tank focused on government performance.
