Co-founded health and wellness social learning community platform, owning product vision, strategy, and customer success. The platform was built to support the WELL Building Standard®, a performance-based system for measuring, certifying, and monitoring features of the built environment that impact human health and wellbeing, through air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind.

Created a new vision for customer and employee training programs—pitching and securing funding from CEO. Lunched new training programs and LMS, resulting in a 25% reduction in Customer Support churn and a 2-month reduction in onboarding. United leadership across departments to centralize knowledge and eliminate a legacy “tribal-knowledge” culture.

Defined a multi-year product strategy and shaped roadmap for 3 product lines: Hotel, Insurance, and Activities & Tours, leading a team in the development of both backend and frontend interfaces. Developed B2B business strategy for SaaS hotel distribution network. Implemented A/B testing framework, resulting in 2x conversion increase.

Led efforts to increase hotel distribution revenue and UX improvements that led to conversion increases.

Consulted with client stakeholders at the U.S. Department of State in Washington D.C., Miami, and Antwerp, Belgium to identify and develop strategic initiatives---contributing to a project that yielded $319MM in savings for the DoS.
