Responsible for Large Industrial Systems (turnkey projects) in North America, managed business development efforts and marketing group made up of 5-10 engineers for large industrial CAPEX projects in North America. Responsible for revenues, projects ranged from small installation projects ($2.5M) to large turnkey project in the $25-$50M range.

- Initially responsible for the electrical development, design and construction of an Inmetco Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) facility for a 1.5 MTPY steel mill and 50 MW heat recovery cogeneration plant- Moved to Maintenance Manager supervising a team of 20 engineers with more than 150 maintenance workers activities under incoming US plant management- Facilitated the transition and advised board members of an incoming US management team on cultural aspects of the local labour force and its plant-specific political climate- Prepared proforma statements for the US SEC for a round of additional financing via subordinate notes- Assisted on the development of internal controls of overall plant spend

- Lead Automation Engineer supervising teams of engineers & designers in performing all types of engineering projects in the mining & metallurgical industries- Worked on multiple projects and locations around the world including: a pelletizing plant in Turkey, a gold mine in Guyana, a steel mill in Indiana, an environmental project in Indiana, a gas analysis system in India, etc.

- Responsible for electrical and automation engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for various industrial facilities including: a 40 MW cogeneration plant, a chlorine reduction initiative in the pulp and paper industry in the US Midwest, a turbine test cell and a gas compression facility in Montreal- Engineering of electrical, instrumentation and controls aspects and assistance in other disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, etc…) for multiple industrial projects
