One notable project was India’s first utility-scale solar photovoltaic power plant, constructed by Azure Power near Awan, Punjab.Solar technical and business advisor for startup of Kenyon Energy (acquired by Calibrant Energy), a leading developer, owner and operator of commercial, institutional and municipal solar energy generation systems. Played key roles in two multimillion dollar solar contracting firm startups, Florida Solar Distributors, Inc. (1982) and Engineered Sun, Inc. (2002).

• Negotiated acquisition of Orlando magazine from Micromedia Publications.• Reduced annualized expenses of $2 million annual revenue magazine (Orlando) by $300,000. Improved editorial content and tripled per issue paid advertising revenue, reversing previous declines. Successfully positioned Orlando magazine for sale to ABARTA Media Group.

• Increased advertising sales by 100% and paid circulation by 50% while maintaining 60% renewal rate for Sunshine Artist magazine, $3 million annual revenue national trade publication considered the bible of the outdoor art festival industry, reversing long-term declines under previous management.• Restored Sunshine Artist industry leadership by creating the "200 Best" issue, an annual ranking of the 200 best art festivals and craft fairs in the United States. This turned the issue (September) with the worst ad sales performance into the best, and has earned the magazine immeasurable free publicity.• Introduced desktop publishing and overhauled the Sunshine Artist event listings database, increasing listings from 1,200 to more than 4,000, and data fields per event from 12 to 45.

• Developed and marketed several successful residential condominium and commercial office projects in Central and Southwest Florida, ranging from $2–$10 million project value, most with 100% pre-sales. • Planned and managed securities offerings for syndication of land acquisitions and real estate projects.• Planned and managed site development and land planning for all projects. • After hire, negotiated development approval for a new professional office complex project that a local community association had successfully blocked for three years.
