• Negotiated acquisition of Orlando magazine from Micromedia Publications.• Reduced annualized expenses of $2 million annual revenue magazine (Orlando) by $300,000. Improved editorial content and tripled per issue paid advertising revenue, reversing previous declines. Successfully positioned Orlando magazine for sale to ABARTA Media Group.

• Increased advertising sales by 100% and paid circulation by 50% while maintaining 60% renewal rate for Sunshine Artist magazine, $3 million annual revenue national trade publication considered the bible of the outdoor art festival industry, reversing long-term declines under previous management.• Restored Sunshine Artist industry leadership by creating the "200 Best" issue, an annual ranking of the 200 best art festivals and craft fairs in the United States. This turned the issue (September) with the worst ad sales performance into the best, and has earned the magazine immeasurable free publicity.• Introduced desktop publishing and overhauled the Sunshine Artist event listings database, increasing listings from 1,200 to more than 4,000, and data fields per event from 12 to 45.
