The Rotary Club of Pleasanton, chartered in 1965, is about Doing Good and Having Fun and that is why we are The World's Greatest Rotary Club. In 2015, we celebrated 50 years of service & friendship. Our goal for 2016 is to continue to lay the groundwork for our club's next 50 years. We are an organization of women and men who represent a diverse mix of professions and participate in a variety of local and international projects, including: scholarships for high school students, service projects for senior citizens, and providing over 3,500 wheelchairs for those in need.

- Responsible for leading a sales team of 5 that has consistently produced annual revenue growth of 35%.-Recruited, trained and mentored top sales and marketing talent with minimal attrition. -Developed sales and marketing strategies to multiple entities that resulted in new account closing rates above 70%.

Successfully managed a floor of thirty college freshmen in a large dormitory through the use of general negotiating skills.Planned and advertised popular monthly events in which distinguished speakers discussed various contemporary topics with the students.Highest floor grade point average and lowest damage charges were two of my floor's signature accomplishments.

Ranked in top 5% of Western Region out of one hundred sales representatives by consistently achieving 40% above the monthly sales quota.Created and implemented a sales strategy targeting thousands of businesses in the Bay Area that included high energy cold-calling campaign and targeted marketing.Successfully conducted daily sales presentations with small business owners to convince them that our telecommunications solutions were the best.
