Project Management professional that moves from the project manager role to business analyst to quality assurance and follows projects through the entire systems development lifecycle. Manage scrums and report project progress to sponsors, stakeholders and IT leadership in concise, standardized reporting with focus on delivery dates and project deliverables. Elicits and documents user requirements and functional specifications using business process descriptions derived from systems and process users. Clarifies requirements using business process diagrams and workflow diagrams. Documents requirements using User Stories and Acceptance Criteria using the MoSCoW method. Validates the Functional Requirements with business users. Works with Technical team members to take functional requirements to a technical design. Verifies that the technical design will meet the Functional Requirements. Gets estimates from Technical Team members using a standardized estimation process so that all development tasks are no more one business day of measurable effort. Enters the estimates into Project Management Software and development project reports to provide delivery dates and levels of effort. My goal is to become a project manager that uses these skills to aid an organization to meet the demands of a dynamic market place.
