Moved the branch of approx. 75 employees producing $225 million/1,800 units per month from Capitol Commerce upon it's demise to American Brokers Conduit, the wholesale division of American Home Mortgage. Opened and ran the regional wholesale office of Captiol Commerce located in Dallas, Texas covering North Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri. Grew operation from scratch to an extremely profitable entity with 75+ employees producing 1,800 units per month.

Promoted from a branch manager in 2001 I was responsible for the production of the wholesale lending division of Prism Mortgage and the consolidation of mortgage operations acquired through acquistion.

Developed and maintained relationships with mortgage brokers earning the Circle of Champions Award as the third highest producing account executive in the nation in 1998. I also developed rate-sheets, program matrices, and marketing materials for the sales force in Texas and Oklahoma.

Managed the financial planning and analysis for SNMC Management Company and it's mortgage subsidiaries. I acted as an "internal consultant" to the production, secondary marketing and servicing divisions of the company.Developed sophisticated financial modeling and executive information systems for use in budgeting and financial forecasting.Supervised financial analysts and contract accounts working on numerous special projects.

Managed all aspects of the company's financial planning and analysis as well as internal and external reporting.Developed sophisticated PC based modeling systems for use in financial forecasting and budgeting, significantly increasing the speed, accuracy, flexibility and cost-effectiveness of the budgeting and forecasting systems.Acted as an internal consutant for all areas of the companySet up and maintained new general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable systems.Established various policies and procedures for the account and payroll departments, managed the payroll functions, and was responsible for operational cash-management and mortgage warehouse lines.Conducted analysis and valuations of potential company and servicing portfolio acquisitions.Served as interim MIS Director during transition from a main-frame environment to a PC based environment and then from a DOS based environment to a Windows based environment. During my tenure as MIS director I was also able to reduce MIS costs by over 13% while increasing the quality and timelieness of information provided to management and the company as a whole.

Managed the origination and processing of FNMA REO loans aquired during FNMA auctions and through FNMA retail sales in the DFW, Houston, and Denver markets.Managed a high volume processing center and the loan officers that originated the loans on the FNMA REO properties and on portfolio retention loans.
