Coordinated activities with global supply chain groups to ensure successful execution. The direct material value was approx. $27 million over 120 suppliers.•Established an online supplier portal, which is a document repository to co-manage critical documents and communicate automatically. Reporting was created to improve supplier information and a contract management system.•Executed exit agreement valued over $1 million in finished goods inventory at 3 locations across the US all working at the same time. Mitigated legal risk of over $2 million.•Implemented a global conflict minerals compliance process. Managed the execution of 5 SBU's across 4 global regions.•Led a global cross functional project involving Invacare factories and suppliers located in Asia. Created and executed a remediation strategy that addressed Invacare’s highest quality nonconforming supplier. This strategy was successfully presented to the FDA. •Executed a strategic sourcing allocation. Utilized TCO calculations for allocation. Resulted in over $500K in annualized reductions.•Steered a sourcing project where the incumbent supplier is an active SBU of Invacare. This roadmap covers all global markets that MTD currently participates or plans to enter• Developed an engine brochure to be used as training tool for MTD sales organization globally. Also, it is used as a selling tool for retail customers to reference when reviewing the MTD engine product line.• Develop pricing programs for selling teams to adhere. Program factors include commodity and currency fluctuations, sales support dollars, transition money, and margin protection. Responsible for creating and communicating an engine P&L, while advising best engine placement on finished goods to sales and marketing during the finished goof P&L review process.• Created competitive product analysis in the US market for portable generators and robotic lawn mowers.
