Recruited to a contract role with the company’s $4.8B, 1K-branch US subsidiary. Analyzed a highly customized internal PeopleSoft system (billing, receivables, cash applications, front office, supply chain) to identify optimal development plans to enhance functionality/streamline processes. Performed EDI implementations, improved invoice presentment, oversaw UAT, conducted QA testing (Test Rail/JIRA), and delivered training to personnel.Integral in the design, QA testing, and business user training of a customized consolidated invoice presentment in PeopleSoft providing a single invoice for multiple customers/business lines presented in an online customer portal. Streamlined invoice presentment and facilitated the implementation of EDI invoicing with external VANS in advance of the pending closure of a Florida-based acquisition facility utilizing diverse EDI invoicing methods. Helped integrate company acquisitions into the billing process ensuring uniformity and accuracy. Key contributor to diverse PeopleSoft development projects, including front office systems utilized as a main tool by all 1K branches in the U.S.

Progressively advanced over tenure through project implementation, accounting/finance, and management roles supporting organic and M&A expansion (60 acquisitions) and annual revenue growth from $145M to $945M. Managed key facets of a 10-year, multi-phase global migration (legacy financial systems to PeopleSoft) supporting a company-wide transition to a single ERP platform. Served as the PeopleSoft PM/SME for multiple modules, over three direct reports Business (IT) Analysts. Following 2005 NA (U.S., Canada, Mexico) system go-live, proceeded with global implementation, including the Nordic countries (2006), the UK (2008), and Europe, Australia, and New Zealand (2009), and a phased rollout of Asia (2011 to 2013). During this time also conducted two Peoplesoft upgrades, ( ver. 8.4 to ver. 8.9 and ver. 8.9 to ver. 9.1). Managed and provided support from Fit Gap analysis thru Post Go Live support.Initially slated to manage only the NA implementation; due to project success selected to oversee global conversion project. Achieved on-time, under-budget conversion of multiple, diverse local accounting systems to a global PeopleSoft platform across 23 countries (1,500 users) and two upgrades. Led year-long secondary project converting Asian countries to Hyperion Financial Data Management/Reporting system integrated with PeopleSoft. Teamed with developers to create customized PeopleSoft solutions in Phase 2 (post-implementation) aligned with business process changes, country laws, and banking regulations (i.e. Europe’s SEPA initiative). Recipient of Recall IT Summit Performance Award, Q2 2010 for contributions developing solutions to complex VAT issues in Canada.

Collaborated with internal global resources and outside vendors and ensured migration of billing data into Mas 200 financial systems. Led multi-system financial data conversion/migration to Mas200 and implementation of a proprietary industry tracking/billing software (Request DMS) across 35 North American sites spanning the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
