As a global project leader and ERP/PeopleSoft SME, throughout my career I have successfully directed key facets of large-scale ERP/CRM system implementation and upgrade initiatives. Managed key facets of a 10-year, multi-phase global migration (legacy financial systems to PeopleSoft) supporting a company-wide transition to a single ERP platform. Served as the PeopleSoft PM/SME for multiple modules, over three direct reports Business (IT) Analysts. Following 2005 NA (U.S., Canada, Mexico) system go-live, proceeded with global implementation, including the Nordic countries (2006), the UK (2008), and Europe, Australia, and New Zealand (2009), and a phased rollout of Asia (2011 to 2013). During this time also conducted two Peoplesoft upgrades, ( ver. 8.4 to ver. 8.9 and ver. 8.9 to ver. 9.1). Managed and provided support from Fit Gap analysis thru Post Go Live support.Initially slated to manage only the NA implementation; due to project success selected to oversee global conversion project.
