Typical day at the casino would be monitoring the game floor searching for machine malfunctions, or patrons needing assistance, or machines locked for jackpot payouts. Most of my customer service skills have been improved because of this job. Management was always willing to revise schedules if need be, more than willing to show you how to do a task if you did not know how to. My co workers were always around to help if you called, all were easy to get along with. I would say the hardest part of the job was keeping busy on really slow shifts. the most enjoyable part of the job was interacting with patrons and making sure they were satisfied with their time spent at the casino.
