I graduated in college - year 2019, and I took Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management (Leadership Awardee). Right after, I started to work as a Tour Coordinator (Operation Department) in one of the best Travel Agency in Palawan, which is Amika Travel and Tours, where I took my 2nd internship way back in college. I worked in that company for about 8 months. That time I believed that I gained a lot of knowledge and skills in the industry that is why I left and applied to a local airlines in the Philippines as Ground Attendant/Passenger Service Agent. fortunately, I was hired and immediately started my training. However on the supposed date of my flight to Iloilo station for my final training before deployment in Puerto Princesa International Airport, the Enhanced Community Quarantine was happened in the philippines where my journey in that industry was ended. but I know for a fact that in that training, I've learned so many things in giving an excellent quality of customer service. that is why after three (3) months, I was hired in one of the amazing BPO Company in Puerto Princesa, which is The Sitel. I worked in that company for about 6 months, then I decided to take a short course in health care industry which I recently finished it with an special award of Best in Patient Care.
