As HR, I’m in charge of hiring employees, conducting orientation for new hires, preparing memos on training and new products, providing seminars to supervisors for up skilling, , preparing disciplinary memos and in giving out refresher courses and updating management about HR concerns. Con-currently, I am a part of the Research and Development Team (R&D) by coordinating with the Production and R&D Manager for new products to be launched and preparing manuals for standard cooking and preparation.
