Module Process Eng. In this position, you be responsible for the installation and qualification of test equipment, sustaining engineering, driving continuous improvement in the module and new technology introduction to Costa Rica factory. CSI's include module safety, quality (yield and defects per million) and output. Your responsibilities to include but not be limited to: - Ensuring Copy Exact (CE!) of equipment, process and procedures within the module - Perform module install/de install and qualification - Responding to customer and/or client requests or events as they occurs - Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal module base problem solving -Sustaining activities to improve overall module indicators -Expert on module development and transfer from Intel Arizona ( 4 products transfer since 2009 ) Module Area Cost owner -Owner to plan the area budget based on tool requirements and improves projects during 2013 and 2014 -Owner to define and control the cost reduction plans and eliminate waste on the MFG process -Owner to influence another sites to reduce expenses and standardize the cost metrics Module team Lead and Installation owner -Lead the installation process on 2011-2014 to enable more than 30 module qualifications•Prepare the road map , resources and plans•Define action plans to reduce the installation time with our safety , quality and reliability issues•Coach new hire employees and define them a Job training process in order to reduce the learning curve.•Owner to drive the Tool allocation weekly •Owner to ensure the MFG execution with the proper Eng support for improves •Lead eng. team into the word class sustaining’s plans based on Co.V , paretos and data analysis , tool matching .

*Responsible for hiring and supervising the activities of 20 to 30 technicians in a complex R&R Assembly and Test Factory. •Assesses personnel and material levels to determine daily goals.•Monitors the flow of work in process through the manufacturing facility using automated systems. •Coordinates multiple functions within a manufacturing facility, establishing strategic plans to ensure production schedules are met within established quality and cost objectives. •Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment.•Plans and schedules daily tasks'' uses judgment on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices. Inadequacies and erroneous decisions would cause significant inconvenience and expense.•Here I could influence the manufacturing process for ATM and improve the process with lead behaviors.
