Was empowered by statute to assist the Governor in enforcing the law by exercising command and fiscal authority over all state police operations in 67 counties of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.As Chief Security Officer for the NFL, led and supervised all facets of security for the NFL to include all investigative programs and services, event security (including Super Bowl and International Series), game integrity program, executive protection, fan conduct initiative and stadium security program.
