Jeff is currently the Northeast Division Manager for Alternate Site Product Sales at Hospira Worldwide managing and developing eight Sales Representatives with over $60MM in Medication Management Systems, Generic Injectables, and IV Solutions and Consumables sales. His team consistently overachieves growth targets delivering balanced performance while capitalizing on new product introductions. The Northeast has enjoyed significant growth finishing at the top of the Circle of Excellence rankings in 2008 and 2009 with near top finishes (within a fraction of a point) in 2007 and 2010-2014. Jeff's team continues to be driven and successful even through significant changes and re-organizations.

Jeff served as National Account Manager for Alternate Site with responsibility for developing and expanding contract portfolios with Group Purchasing Organizations (including Alternate Site’s largest GPO Partner) and Proprietary National Accounts. In that time he consistently exceeded goals and lent his contracting expertise to the development of programs to increase sales as well as develop sales reporting tools that became the standard for monitoring contract performance and compliance. It was during this time that Hospira was born having been spun off by Abbott Laboratories in 2004.

Jeff was the District Sales Manager for the Hospital Products Division of Abbott Laboratories covering portions of Pennsylvania and New Jersey where he managed a team of nine Sales Representatives, two Anesthesia Specialists, and one Clinical Consultants as well as maintained direct responsibility for two regional GPOs. In addition to exceeding sales goals, his team initiated major conversions at three key health systems leading to Regional All Star Awards in 1998 and 1999 and, overall, 11 All Star Awards for team members.

Jeff spent the previous five plus years in the Contract Marketing Department with the final three years as Manager, Electronic Drug Delivery Systems. In this position he managed the contracting activities for Single, Dual, and Multi-Channel IV Pumps, Patient Controlled Analgesia, and Nutritional Compounders. The team consisted of four Contract Marketing Analysts and three administrative staff. Duties included managing contracting activities related to this $250MM business, delegate and manage bid responses, GPO contracting, and price increase reviews; develop pricing guidelines for acquisition plans with discretionary authority for exceptions; create contract marketing programs for device acquisition plans and analytical tools; coach and mentor EDDS staff through the assignment of projects to refine skills and challenge development. Prior to his promotion to a managerial role, Jeff was a Senior Major account Contract Marketing Analyst.
