I have been working in Tech support since 2017, and have been adapting to new technologies every day through my whole life. I enjoy being helpful and reliable, and enjoy supporting companies and coworkers in achieving their goals. I also value organization and communication, as being able to find and/or convey information quickly and accurately is key to high quality support.I am a very quick learner, and have had many duties involving learning new technologies, becoming a subject matter expert, to then be able to teach and help fellow coworkers support these new systems. In my nearly 4 years with Bloomin' Brands I went from a fresh hire to the person every service desk technician asked first when they ran into something they were either having trouble with or had not seen before. The few times I could not give a solution or fix the issue myself I always knew who did know the answer and could direct anyone to the right place. There is always more to learn and new challenges to figure out. I strive to conquer any obstacle thrown my way and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
