Integral in enhancing the ReverseVision reverse mortgage platform and HECM offerings through strategic API and configurability, broadening the reverse mortgage lending operations. Following ReverseVIsion’s acquisition by Constellation Mortgage Solutions in 2022, I continued to lead as the Director of Program Management, directing the architecture, development, education, management framework, and operations of the loan origination system (LOS), covering both traditional and modernized applications. Crafted the design and functionalities of applications, determining system necessities and constructing the foundational configuration architecture for products and programs catering to FHA and private reverse mortgage endeavors.Innovated APR and TALC computation features to meet the standards set by CFPB and other regulatory bodies.Conducted thorough reviews of HUD and other regulatory directives, ensuring adherence and actively engaging in industry trade associations on behalf of ReverseVision.Led efforts to deconstruct and adapt system coding to align with HUD's tight alteration schedules, including creating and deploying testing applications, introducing new code, and overseeing the testing and execution of modifications.Designed and deployed a utility enabling lenders to adjust to HUD regulatory modifications without the need for further development, significantly cutting down customer development timelines by three months.Generated process flow diagrams for lifecycle management to aid in the development and launch of LOS and POS software platforms.
