Strategic Grounds Management delivers exterior facility maintenance solutions to commercial and industrial clients throughout the United States.

• Effectively manage the exterior maintenance needs of the entire commercial property portfolio• Responsible for the landscaping, parking lot maintenance, and snow and ice management at over 125 commercial properties located throughout Southern New England• Build and maintain business relationships with key decision makers, in order to attain and grow commercial accounts• Manage and schedule 20 employees in order to effectively service the needs of our customers

• Manage the Quality Control Team, consisting of six inspectors, located throughout the country• Responsible for maintaining a high quality of work at over 500 commercial properties located nationwide• Facilitate a close working relationship between our customers and our vendors by acting as the liaison for both parties• Assist in the RFP bidding process by measuring and analyzing potential properties, resulting in an accurate pricing strategy to win new business• Manage and Maintain the Nation Maintenance Fleet of vehicles
