Jeff has 25+ years of leadership and project management experience as an operations executive, organizational strategist and people connector. In corporate and consulting roles, he has created end-to-end organizational and management systems that help businesses—in software, renewable energy, government and law enforcement—optimize people and processes. With an eye always on the bottom line, Jeff specializes in leveraging data to deliver predictable and profitable outcomes. His expertise: organizational strategy, analytics & forecasting, risk management and human optimization. Jeff is the VP of Operations at Servi Consulting Group, a software and business development partner driving sales, marketing and technology solutions for startups and emerging companies. Since 2019, he leads project initiatives from strategy to execution as well as oversees employee development. His philosophy: Build better products and processes, but always build better people. In consulting roles, Jeff advises multiple contract clients on software implementation, project management, organizational strategies, and operational planning. He is especially adept at identifying, managing and solving risk-related problems, creating strategic business continuity plans. Previously, Jeff served in the public sector as a police officer. In diversified leadership roles in Michigan’s law enforcement community, he quickly worked his way up to Detective Captain in charge of their Investigations Division. A career highlight is founding and commanding a highly successful special operations unit that still thrives today. After 25 years in law enforcement and completing a successful service term, Jeff started a new career chapter—one that tapped more into his entrepreneurial spirit, transferrable skills and appetite for organizational innovation. Passionate about being part of something meaningful outside government that still positively impacted people on a community-driven level, Jeff pivoted to the private sector role he holds today. Jeff received a Master’s Certificate of Completion accredited through the University of Virginia via the FBI National Academy academic program. He also served on the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force (JTTF) Executive Panel. An advocate of lifelong learning, he continually pursues opportunities that introduce new challenges for him to be better and do better. Some of those have included interesting adventures like winning the North American Bench Press Championships (2014) and raising seven daughters.
