Boothe Transit Consulting (BTC) is led by President Jeff Boothe who has spent nearly forty years in the public transit industry. He is a recognized leader in the public transit leading two national coalitions, the Capital Investment Grants Working Group and Community Streetcar Coalition; serving on the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) Legislative and Policy, Planning and Program Development Committees; and, the Rail-Volution National Steering Committee. has spent nearly forty years in the public transit industry .
