Improved the association's membership marketing efforts designed to increase participation in association membership programs. These initiatives also included building awareness of the association's programs intended to educate school counselors on critical information about changes and strategies in the counseling community. A critical component of the awareness strategies were accomplished through the association's social networking efforts.Managed association technology integration including the creation of a webinar service used by the national organization and state affiliates.
