My current occupation involves taking care of patients with severe TMJ disorders. These are people with migraines, jaw pain, head/neck pain, and the comorbidities such as movement disorders like Tourette's and Parkinson's. We see patients from all over the world and help them after they have been to dozens of other doctors and cannot find relief. In addition - my office ties in the disciplines of sleep disorders with our TMJ treatment as we take care of the patient's orthodontic needs. It's kind of like looking at the whole person in order to improve their pain levels, quality of sleep, and of course their quality of life in general. The field of TMJ treatment is an interesting specialty that is right up my alley with my past advanced training and now I have brought it all together under one roof. Past Background: DDS with an MBA to make a successful career in the business of dentistry. Real estate training was also added to allow for practical analysis of our office location and to assist in multiple investment opportunities with success in real estate. Ongoing training in legal studies with emphasis on contracts/liability issues/transitions.Specialties: Business development and management for dental and medical practices. Getting out of the insurance game. Branding the practice. Transition and planning for future goals.
