I currently lead the Wholesale Credit Group for the Merchant Services subsidiary of one of the largest commercial banks in the world. My team consists of 22 Credit Analysts and VP-level Credit Managers responsible for more than $50 billion in risk exposure. My significant accomplishments in 2016 include revising the organization's risk grading methodology to align with the firm-wide policy; streamlining the new business underwriting process for shared clients with other bank lines of business; and implementing a revised quality assurance process for Portfolio Management.Other duties include maintaining and improving standard operating procedures for the Wholesale Credit Group, and negotiating agreements with new underwriting applicants.

My significant accomplishments in 2015 included implementing a new credit exception tracking procedure and revising several of the standard operating procedures to enhance the portfolio management process.
