As Product Lead of Corporate Social Responsibility, my work focuses on creating and funding bold ideas to make a sustainable impact in the areas of: Education, Opportunities, and Online Citizenship across the world. Our team provides the company vision and strategy, product management & development, strategic investments, engagement campaigns, corporate policy, and other resources to help create innovative outcomes we think can make a difference among our players and communities, while reporting directly to the President.

My work focuses on investments in the education technology sector, new business models for higher education, and emerging trends in the US education system.Responsible for due diligence, review and approval of all investments over $3M. Additionally, I develop predictive models and decision tools for our programmatic teams.In charge of product management for a suite of tools which will be used by the entire foundation and all of our investment partners. Duties include developing product roadmap, conducting ethnographic studies with a variety of users, designing & evaluating A/B testing, and deciding product trade-offs.Award winner for best investment development in 2013.Recipient of the "High Impact" award in 2014 for outstanding contribution (awarded to top 5% of organization).

Collaborated with founding team to develop a 3-5 year business development plan for a start-up education technology company. As part of that analysis, I created a market segmentation model, analyzed historical spending patterns from target customers and performed due diligence on the other products / companies in education technology.

Created a new operations / marketing framework for existing products in the after market. Analysis included product development review, market cannibalization analysis, customer requirements scoping, statistical modeling and NPV calculations.In charge of new business development identification, partner selection, and contract negotiation.

I lead teams in a variety of consulting projects primarily focused in the high tech and financial sectors. Our focus was on helping companies achieve business objectives as they related to technology. Duties included: project management, client needs assessment, client interviews, and collaboration between engineering and business functions.Managed a cross functional team of over 10 people to conduct financial analysis and identify improvement recommendations for one of the largest Consumer and Savings Loan banks in the US. Lead teams in various strategy, product planning, change management and implementation projects in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.

Earned a Standing Ovation award for exceptional client service delivery. Designed and coded a new reporting tool which reduced administrative overhead by 30%+.Was promoted to a Senior Associate a year and a half before industry average.

Advised a Tanzanian micro finance institution on loans planning, product distribution and establishing long term growth strategies. Also, I developed and executed a small business practice and analytic skills workshop for small business owners.
