My duties including overseeing all daily management functions, including staff management, hiring and recruiting instructors, contract management etc.I meet and worked closely with company management to identify performance gaps and design language courses to deliver their specified outcomes.I designed our onsite learning programs to build the English communication skills of working people and students in ways they would enjoy and develop quickly.I directed our sales and marketing team to build team spirit and drive growth to reach and exceed our sales objectives.I recruited and managed all of our well qualified native speaker instructors personally to deliver a very high level of value to our clients.I led our team to deliver outstanding value to all of our clients, including students who came to learn at our school and people learning at companies.
