I oversee and coordinate the print, web, email marketing and advertising for the Eagle Emblems brand. I am the point of contact for purchasing, art, and quality control for our US, China, Cambodia and Taiwan factories. Daily duties require negotiating pricing, order quantities, and product quality. Our products include Apparel, embroidered caps, patches, key chains, metal lapel pins, belt buckles, signs, flags, stickers, challenge coins and more. I oversee licensing approvals and communicate licensing standards to the art staff to insure the highest quality products for our licensing partners.I am the main point of contact for our custom manufacturing customers helping to take their custom product from idea to reality and operating as the intermediary between the customer, art staff, manufacturing vendor and shipping staff. I also provide various in house IT support, for hardware issues, managing in house email accounts, providing network support to staff, managing backups, and providing support for web and database issues.
