Porter & Janitorial Duties: Sweep, mop, vacuum, disinfect work areas and stations, plumbing, unclog sinks and toilets; shampoo sinks, replaced damaged piping, empty water fountains, watered the plants, removal of trash and boxes, cleaned windows and doors, clean mirrors, removal of dust.· Goffer - Deliver and/or pick up for clients and/or stylist ranges from food, shopping, merchandise and products.· Handyman - Fix holes in wall by sheetrock, plastered, replaced damaged piping, unclog traps that catch the hair, replace electrical outlets, paint walls, and change light bulbs.· Front Desk - Answering high volume phone calls, making appointments for clients, checking scheduling for client and stylist and adjusting where needed, checking in clients and employees, faxing, scanning and printing out documents, file paperwork.· Shipping - Intake and outtake of all products including but not limited to: shampoo, conditioners, hair spray, gels, shear scissors, different sizes of brushes, tote bags, shirts, decorated hair pins and hair dryers;· Receive orders from ship station, Amazon and over the phone from clients and hair salons· Pack up orders to be shipped out to clients· Deliver packages to UPS, DHL and the post office· Prep products to be shipped and sold on Amazon· weekly inventory of all products· maintaining order and shipping supplies

Front Desk:· Attentive to customers upon arrival: ask for their first and last name; who they are here to see; what floor they are going to and then sign them in· Check in any packages, or delivery received which includes post office, UPS, Amazon, movers and contactors· Security:· If there's any construction going on in any floor have them sign in with the company's name and there name· When required - call up and go off line; which means any motion alarms which includes fire and security for the whole building· Make sure No one gets stuck in the elevators and panics.· Porter:· Keep the lobby clean of trash, disinfected and windows are clean· Morning sweep outside, get rid of trash that's on sidewalk· Closing Up - Do walk through of all floor make sure doors are locked and secure; check all floors for trash; cut up boxes and place outside for pick up· Operate Freight Elevator when needed· Maintain a clean walking area by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all floors and staircases.
