Designed and prototyped an attachable driver dashboard called GyroScreen with arduino. Designedand 3d printed a waterproof enclosure to isolate and protect electronics from moisture and vibrations.Studied data collected by the internal DAQ system in order to detect obstacles and chassis accelerationdata. Calculated the maximum modes of force experienced on the chassis to design mounts with amargin of safety. Created detection methods would allow the vehicle to sense change in terrain andmodes of force then automatically adjust suspension.Prepared and delivered recommendation presentations and weekly updates to secure funding andtrack project progress.Designed and tuneable suspension management system that would allow the 2021/22competition vehicle to automatically adjust its damping and stiffness on the fly.

Analyzed vibration data to pinpoint the planetary gearbox as the source of dominant vibration modes. Recommended cost-effective measures, including the installation of vibration isolators and gearbox servicing, avoiding the need for full machinery replacement.Contributed to the design of a storage cradle for spare propeller shafts, mitigating long-term deflection damage risks. Developed a Matlab tool to calculate beam deflection with variable support placements. . Determine the minimum number of supports and optimal spacing that ensures compliance with deflection requirements. Responsible for the procurement of deck machinery. Conducted market research and option analysis to optimize budget allocation.
