Through contract negotiations, industry unions & contracting, management of all aspects of production, quoting & bidding, project budget supervision, sound branding, music placement, and working with voice talent, artists & creative teams, we target the emotive power of sound to reach and motivate consumers.

As Chief Overseer of all projects from beginning to end, Jeffrey creates and maintains budgeting, scheduling, ensures the organization meets all goals, surpasses competitive standards, and works within union regulations. Jeffrey ensures the efficient operation of all aspects of the business, and directs the flow of production & the daily operation of the company.Jeffrey was a primary liason at Vapor RMW for new and incumbent business, while providing financial management, controlling budgets through all phases of production, creating quotes for & negotiating with our clients.

Jeffrey began his career with RMW Music in 2001, one of Toronto's leading commercial music studios and rose from the technical department to the role of Exec. Producer and Dir. of Operations in 2011. Here he was the primary liaison for new and returning clients, managing the day-to-day operations, controlling project budgets from quoting to reconciliation, and ensuring the successful production of the company's work, on time and to the highest standard. Effectively managing multiple projects, Jeff thrives on being busy. He has excellent knowledge of the American/Canadian Federation of Musicians contract agreements as well as the ACTRA & UDA unions. At times he served as RMW's Human Resources Department, managed payroll and taxes, and has extensive computer knowledge from his technical background. When RMW Music was acquired by Vapor Music Inc. in 2016, Jeff successfully helped the transition, continuing on with Vapor RMW as their Executive Producer.
